The GW4 BioMed MRC Doctoral Training Partnership is a collaboration between Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter Universities. This partnership aims to develop the next generation of medical researchers by offering up to 54 studentships over 3 years to both medical and non-medical UK and EU students (who meet the RCUK residency requirements) across three strategic research themes. The first cohort commenced study in 2016 and our second cohort of students start in October 2017. We are also currently recruiting a second tranche of studentships awarded by the MRC. The start date for these projects will be October 2017. Applications are now open and close on 8th June. See our 'Additional MRC Studentships'' pages for details of the 40 projects available to choose from.
